I owned the first edition of this book but wanted the updated 10 year anniversary edition. The book that arrived was the original pressing and was in very rough shape. There were nasty yellow stains all over the inside that looked like someone had a sneezing fit while reading it. I immediately tossed it into the bin.Product details

I think there are better football/hooligan style books out there. Like I said it is OK, good history of the fashion and how fast it was moving through the fans at the time, but doesn't really keep you locked in. I can put it down and pick it up later without feeling like I am missing it.
Not sure what to think about this one. It was OK but centered around Manchester and Liverpool and not the early years of Casual but the 80's. Decent book but not a focused on fashion as it leads one to believe.
